I leave tonight and get into London tomorrow morning, and we go straight to the festival. I am planning on helping Grace and Vaux out with whatever as they set up their installations. My friend Steve is helping me out by hosting me on either side of the festival, letting me just tag along with his crew at the festival, even meeting me at the airport! Super cul since this is last minute and I'm pretty unorganized! :)

SO I have to run and finish last minute things today, and I won't have another chance to blog for sure until the festival....so standbye! :)

the daniel locator:

</dc:description><dc:identifier>80519916</dc:identifier><dc:subject/>

<swim:publish>publish</swim:publish>

<dc:title/><dc:description>Yesterday in Georgetown I walked right by George Stephanopoulos. The situation in that area is one of the most complex and difficult in the world, which very much intrigues me. I'm hoping to shed some light on it for my fellow Westerners over the next 2+ years. I will probably combine reminder links like this one to BBC with little human-interface stories (once we're there). By exposing the wrong we might make room for the right. And the fact of the matter is, is that a lot of the people in gov, and most of the people coming in (like Miriam) are amazing people doing the best job they can for good. So while I stand here in two rather awkward, almost cowardly positions, writing and taking pictures, but actually not getting kicked in the chest, it is easy to think I judge a lot. But this is why I will continue to strive to tell the little stories of humanity that beautifully confuse rather than horribly tidy up. This is why I will work not just for whatever America is working for ATM, but for the overarching values that brought us this far in history...freedom, love, beauty, meaning.

</dc:description><dc:identifier>80394343</dc:identifier><dc:subject/>

<swim:publish>publish</swim:publish>
</rdf:RDF>
